Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Surge Jobs to look for work. By using Surge Jobs you agree to them. Surge Jobs is operated by Ruminate Studios, 91 Ratchapruek Soi 9, Imamporn 2, Soi 15B, Taling Chan, Bang Chueak Nang, Bangkok 10170, Thailand.
1. What Surge Jobs does
- Finds open jobs that match the roles, places, salary and work type you tell it, and shows each one with the reason it fits.
- Writes a version of your CV and a short note for each job, using only your real experience — what's in your CV and what you tell it. It never adds jobs, qualifications or skills you don't have.
- Shows you a preview first. Nothing is sent until you tap Send.
- Sends the application from your own email account (you connect it once), or, when an employer only takes applications through its own website form, fills in that form with the details you've given.
- If there's no reply after about five days, sends one short, polite follow-up on that application, and never more than one.
- If you connect your email, it looks for replies to your applications so it can tell you about them and help you prepare for interviews.
Features may change as we improve the service.
2. You approve, and you're responsible for what you approve
- Check every preview before you tap Send. You are responsible for the applications you approve and for the information you give us, including your CV, contact details and answers to employers' questions (for example, your right to work).
- The information you give must be true and yours. Don't ask Surge Jobs to apply in someone else's name.
- If you switch on auto-apply, you are approving in advance the applications that meet the rules you set. You can switch it off anytime.
- Surge Jobs uses AI and can make mistakes. If something in a preview is wrong, tap Change or Cancel.
3. The 60-second undo
After you tap Send, every application waits 60 seconds before it goes, with an Undo button. Tapping Undo in that time cancels it and nothing is sent. Once it has been sent it can't be called back.
4. No guarantee of results
Employers decide who they reply to, interview and hire. We can't promise any number of replies, interviews or job offers, or that a particular job is still open when you apply, although we check before showing it.
5. Your free application, credits and the paid plan
- Free: your first application is free, with no card needed and no time limit.
- Credits: each application uses 1 credit (the tailored CV, the note and sending it). Finding jobs, matches, follow-ups, chat and interview help use none. Without credits, your daily matches keep coming from our job pool while you're using Surge Jobs.
- Surge Jobs Pro: £19 a month (฿499 in Thailand), including 80 credits for that month. Unused monthly credits don't carry over to the next month.
- Surge Jobs Pro Max (outside Thailand): £39 a month, including 250 credits for that month, up to three fresh searches of every job board a day, and the personal recruiter: on weekdays, companies in your field that look set to hire and the people to contact there, with a short note for you to send yourself. Unused monthly credits don't carry over.
- Credit packs: 20 credits for £5 (฿199) or 50 for £10 (฿399). Pack credits never expire.
- Payment: by card (through our payment processor) or PromptPay. Prices are shown before you pay.
- If you run out of credits, new applications pause until you buy a pack or start the plan. Job matches keep coming.
6. Cancelling
Paid by card: Surge Jobs Pro and Surge Jobs Pro Max renew automatically each month on the same date, charged to the same card, until you cancel. Cancel any time from the "Plans & credits" link (type credits in the chat); it stops before the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Paid by PromptPay: the plan is paid one month at a time and does not renew automatically. To stop, simply don't pay for the next month; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Paid fees are non-refundable except where the law requires it.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Surge Jobs to break the law, send spam, apply with false information, harass anyone, or try to misuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms.
8. Availability
Surge Jobs depends on others, such as LINE, email providers, job sites and AI providers, and may sometimes be unavailable. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Surge Jobs is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for employers' decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. How to stop
- Reply STOP at any time and we won't send you messages you didn't ask for. Reply START to turn them back on.
- Type delete my data in the chat to delete your account and data.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.

1. Surge Jobs ทำอะไร

- ส่งใบสมัครจากอีเมลของคุณเอง (เชื่อมต่อครั้งเดียว) หรือถ้าผู้จ้างรับสมัครผ่านแบบฟอร์มบนเว็บไซต์ของตัวเองเท่านั้น จะกรอกแบบฟอร์มนั้นด้วยข้อมูลที่คุณให้ไว้
- ถ้าไม่มีการตอบกลับภายในประมาณห้าวัน จะส่งข้อความติดตามสั้นๆ อย่างสุภาพหนึ่งครั้งสำหรับใบสมัครนั้น และไม่เกินหนึ่งครั้ง
- ถ้าคุณเชื่อมต่ออีเมล ระบบจะดูการตอบกลับใบสมัครของคุณ เพื่อแจ้งให้ทราบและช่วยเตรียมสัมภาษณ์

2. คุณเป็นผู้อนุมัติ และรับผิดชอบสิ่งที่อนุมัติ
- ตรวจตัวอย่างทุกครั้งก่อนกดส่ง คุณรับผิดชอบใบสมัครที่อนุมัติ และข้อมูลที่ให้เรา รวมถึง CV ข้อมูลติดต่อ และคำตอบต่อคำถามของผู้จ้าง (เช่น สิทธิในการทำงาน)
- ข้อมูลที่ให้ต้องเป็นความจริงและเป็นของคุณ ห้ามให้ Surge Jobs สมัครงานในนามคนอื่น
- ถ้าคุณเปิดการสมัครอัตโนมัติ ถือว่าคุณอนุมัติล่วงหน้าสำหรับใบสมัครที่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขที่ตั้งไว้ ปิดได้ทุกเมื่อ
- Surge Jobs ใช้ AI และอาจผิดพลาดได้ ถ้ามีอะไรผิดในตัวอย่าง ให้กดแก้ไขหรือยกเลิก
3. ยกเลิกได้ภายใน 60 วินาที
หลังกดส่ง ทุกใบสมัครจะรอ 60 วินาทีก่อนส่งจริง พร้อมปุ่มยกเลิก ถ้ากดภายในเวลานั้น จะไม่มีอะไรถูกส่ง เมื่อส่งไปแล้วจะเรียกคืนไม่ได้
4. ไม่รับประกันผลลัพธ์
ผู้จ้างเป็นผู้ตัดสินใจว่าจะตอบกลับ เรียกสัมภาษณ์ หรือจ้างใคร เราไม่สามารถสัญญาจำนวนการตอบกลับ การสัมภาษณ์ หรือข้อเสนองาน หรือรับประกันว่างานยังเปิดรับอยู่ตอนที่คุณสมัคร แม้เราจะตรวจสอบก่อนแสดงก็ตาม
5. ใบสมัครฟรี เครดิต และแพ็กเกจแบบชำระเงิน
- ฟรี: ใบสมัครแรกฟรี ไม่ต้องใช้บัตร และไม่มีกำหนดเวลา
- เครดิต: การสมัครแต่ละครั้งใช้ 1 เครดิต (CV ที่ปรับแล้ว ข้อความ และการส่ง) การหางาน งานที่แนะนำ การติดตามผล การแชท และการช่วยเตรียมสัมภาษณ์ไม่ใช้เครดิต ถ้าไม่มีเครดิต งานที่แนะนำรายวันยังส่งมาจากคลังงานของเราตราบที่คุณยังใช้ Surge Jobs
- Surge Jobs Pro: ฿499 ต่อเดือน รวม 80 เครดิตสำหรับเดือนนั้น เครดิตรายเดือนที่ไม่ได้ใช้จะไม่ยกไปเดือนถัดไป
- แพ็กเครดิต: 20 เครดิต ราคา ฿199 หรือ 50 เครดิต ราคา ฿399 เครดิตจากแพ็กไม่มีวันหมดอายุ
- การชำระเงิน: ด้วยบัตร (ผ่านผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงินของเรา) หรือพร้อมเพย์ ราคาจะแสดงก่อนชำระทุกครั้ง
- ถ้าเครดิตหมด การสมัครใหม่จะหยุดไว้จนกว่าจะซื้อแพ็กหรือเริ่มแพ็กเกจ งานที่แนะนำยังส่งมาตามปกติ
6. การยกเลิก
ชำระด้วยบัตร: Surge Jobs Pro ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติทุกเดือนในวันเดียวกัน โดยตัดจากบัตรเดิม จนกว่าคุณจะยกเลิก ยกเลิกได้ทุกเมื่อจากลิงก์ "แพ็กเกจและเครดิต" (พิมพ์ เครดิต ในแชท) ระบบจะหยุดก่อนรอบต่ออายุถัดไป และคุณยังใช้งานได้จนสิ้นเดือนที่ชำระไว้
ชำระด้วยพร้อมเพย์: แพ็กเกจชำระทีละเดือน และไม่ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ ถ้าต้องการหยุด แค่ไม่ชำระเดือนถัดไป คุณยังใช้งานได้จนสิ้นเดือนที่ชำระไว้
ค่าบริการที่ชำระแล้วไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนด
7. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้
ห้ามใช้ Surge Jobs เพื่อทำผิดกฎหมาย ส่งสแปม สมัครด้วยข้อมูลเท็จ คุกคามผู้อื่น หรือพยายามใช้บริการในทางที่ผิด ทำให้ระบบทำงานหนักเกินไป หรือแกะระบบ เราอาจระงับหรือยุติการใช้งานหากมีการละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้
8. ความพร้อมให้บริการ
Surge Jobs ขึ้นอยู่กับผู้ให้บริการอื่น เช่น LINE ผู้ให้บริการอีเมล เว็บไซต์หางาน และผู้ให้บริการ AI จึงอาจใช้งานไม่ได้บางครั้ง เราไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่หยุดชะงัก
9. ความรับผิด
ภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต Surge Jobs ให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" และเราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือที่เป็นผลสืบเนื่อง หรือต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้จ้าง ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่จำกัดความรับผิดที่กฎหมายไม่อนุญาตให้จำกัด หรือสิทธิของคุณในฐานะผู้บริโภคตามกฎหมาย
10. วิธีหยุด
- พิมพ์ STOP เมื่อไหร่ก็ได้ เราจะไม่ส่งข้อความที่คุณไม่ได้ขอ พิมพ์ START เพื่อเปิดรับอีกครั้ง
- พิมพ์ ลบข้อมูลของฉัน ในแชทเพื่อลบบัญชีและข้อมูลของคุณ
11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและกฎหมาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้และจะเปลี่ยนวันที่ด้านบน การใช้งานต่อถือว่าคุณยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของอังกฤษและเวลส์ สหราชอาณาจักร
